Coming Up

Take A Walk In SOMA

But let’s talk about September.  Plan now to be part of Leather Week— the exciting time here in San Francisco leading up to the Folsom Street Fair.

It begins on Sunday, September 17, with LeatherWalk 2023, the annual march / parade / bar-crawl that celebrates leather, kink, and the South of Market Area of San Francisco, and raises funds for the LEATHER & LGBTQ Cultural District.

The Yellow and Black Group is one of the sponsors of LeatherWalk, and you can donate to our Yellow and Black Group Campaign here.

Enjoy A Full Week Of Kink

LeatherWalk takes you directly to the Leather Pride Fest, a celebration of community bonding. with booths featuring local non-profit organizations and merchants, a stage with entertainment, and beverage booths throughout.  Be sure to participate in the SF Eagle’s Sunday Beer Bust!  (Hint:  check out the trough room off the patio, especially late in the afternoon!)

That begins a whole week of festivities:  parties, educational programs and more.  And for you seriously kinky guys, I have even scheduled a game of Piss Poker on Saturday afternoon!  .

For more info on the perverted events of Leather Week (September 17-24, 2023), check out the pages here, here, and here!)

Let’s Play Some Piss Poker!

For you kinky guys who enjoy both the dominant and submissive role in piss play and general BDSM schemes…  have we got a game for you!  It’s happening on Saturday, September 23 — the day before the Folsom Street Fair.  Read all about it here!

Use The Pool!

And then, on September 24, from 11 am to 6 pm, it’s the Folsom Street Fair!

The Yellow and Black Group is pleased to be able to offer its Piss Pool once again at the Fair.  As of now, we expect the pool to be located directly on Folsom Street, midway between 10th and 11th Streets. (This might change.)

But we will need your help to make it happen.  You can help with:

  • Setup.  This means getting to the fair a bit early.  That’s always a good idea, and if you are driving, you might even find a place to park nearby!  When you arrive, you can help me inflate the pool (I bring the pump), hang signs, etc.
  • Staffing.   This means taking a shift sitting or standing next to the pool, perhaps encouraging people to use it, answering questions, taking selfies for them, etc.  You can take a long or short shift, whenever is most convenient for you.  I just want to be able to see the rest of the Fair!
  • Teardown.  This means showing up some time after 5 pm or so, and being prepared to stick around a while.  The most challenging part is emptying the pool, which includes dragging it to the nearest portapotty.  It’s not a lot of fun, but it’s not awful.  If you can’t help with that, you might just help me pack up my stuff and watch over it while I get my car, etc.

If you can help in any of these ways, fill out the form here, and or write to me directly, and let’s discuss it.  Thanks!

See you there!
